Every Sunday, The Peninsula Paris invites lovers of fine dining to an exceptional moment in its majestic Lobby. Beneath elegant vaulted ceilings, delicate gilding and finely sculpted moldings, this former ballroom, reimagined as a warm and welcoming dining room, becomes the stage for an outstanding brunch experience. Conceived under the guidance of double Michelin-starred Executive Chef David Bizet, the buffet unveils an abundant selection of expertly prepared dishes and remarkable products.
Artisanal breads and refined pastries, carefully aged charcuterie, regional cheeses, impeccably fresh seafood, seasonal salads, as well as sushi and dim sum crafted according to the highest standards, come together in a generous and precisely orchestrated offering. The spectacle continues in the dining room, where culinary craftsmanship is celebrated with flair: pasta tossed in a wheel of Parmesan, the carving of slow-cooked cuts, final touches prepared à la minute : each moment contributing to the pleasure and richness of the experience.
To conclude on a sweet note, guests are treated to an array of signature desserts, seasonal creations and great Parisian pastries, delicately imagined by the talented Pastry Chef Anne Coruble, named Pastry Chef of the Year this year by Gault & Millau.
Carried by attentive service and an inviting atmosphere, the Grand Sunday Brunch is to be enjoyed as a couple, with friends or with family. A timeless, generous and elegant rendezvous, celebrating Parisian art de vivre and re-enchanting Sundays.

Two seatings are available: from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, and from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
