A haven of light and history
Beneath the delicate gilding and intricately carved mouldings of a legendary ballroom, Le Lobby carries forth the elegance of Paris’s golden age. Here, every detail whispers of a timeless art de vivre, of hushed conversations, glances exchanged over a steaming cup of tea, and memories bathed in light.
In this history-laden setting still echo the footsteps of elegant women from a bygone era, the notes of a piano on which Gershwin composed An American in Paris, and the spirited conversations of Proust, Joyce, Picasso, Stravinsky, and so many other artists and intellectuals through the ages. A stage for life’s most graceful moments, Le Lobby welcomes guests from morning to night for a luminous and indulgent interlude.
The menu, thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef David Bizet, pays tribute to the great classics of French cuisine while honouring the cosmopolitan traditions of grand hospitality. Each dish is an ode to seasonality, craftsmanship, and the pursuit of perfect flavour.
At teatime, Pastry Chef Anne Coruble delicately reimagines the sweet delights of this century-old tradition in a poetic ballet of textures, colours and aromas. On Sundays, the Lobby brunch, a true ritual of indulgence and a cherished rendezvous for elegant weekends, showcases the talent of the entire brigade.
Take your seat, let time slow its pace, and savour the living legacy of a place where the art of hospitality becomes the art of emotion.
