Our Mango and Citrus Afternoon Tea showcases the luscious sweetness of ripe mango paired with the refreshing brightness of citrus. A refined selection of savory and sweet creations highlights the versatility of these seasonal flavors, bringing a light, tropical character to the experience.
Savor delicately crafted savories such as mango and scallop ceviche, lobster with tarragon-infused mango jelly, and foie gras terrine accented with mango. Sweet selections include a Miyazaki mango and passion fruit iced lollipop, the signature Peninsula mango pudding, and a mango tart layered with lime and coconut mousse.
Freshly baked traditional and green plum and lemon scones are served with clotted cream and preserves, accompanied by a curated tea selection that may be enjoyed throughout the afternoon as live music fills The Lobby.
