Han Therapy Autumn Series

As autumn arrives, Yang energy begins to withdraw inward. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, “autumn corresponds to the lungs,” and seasonal wellness should therefore focus on nourishing the lungs, strengthening the spleen, and combating dryness. This is the time to preserve Yin, regulate Qi, and prepare the body for the colder months ahead. Gentle care helps soothe dryness, restore balance, and support digestion during the transition from Yang to Yin energy.
